All our translators go through a three-step interview process. We screen our translators for creative ability, spelling, punctuality and out-of-the-box thinking. Our rigorous testing program then gives each translator a score, giving each a rating out of five stars. We only retain those translators who achieve an average of 4.9 out of five stars and have worked a minimum of 200 hours.
